Everyone needs to be mentally and physically well and people are searching ways for positive things like feeling happy, healthy, well-connected and leading a purposeful and meaningful life. Unfortunately, well-being appears to be in decline altogether round the world and increasing your well-being will be tough without knowing what to try and do and the way to try and do it.

These are some of the reasons why we thought of organizing Kala Ashram International Wellness Summit under the Kala Ashram Foundation (A Public Charitable Trust) — a summit where we can gather experts in this field from all over the world and concentrate on tools that help you build your well-being and wellness, which helps people tackle new challenges in this busy world.

You should always concentrate on positive things around. Try to find Positivity in everything. Exercise is another important thing which has to be followed. Practice yoga and meditation. Pray to god daily. Don’t forget to get good sleep. Always try to mingle with positive people around and make a healthy relationship. Try to face small challenges everyday and better yourself each passing day. Show gratitude for the people and blessings in your life. This practice may not happen overnight but you have to practice daily; one step at a time.

Well-being emerges from your thoughts, actions, and experiences, most of which you have got control over. For instance, after we think positive, we tend to own greater emotional well-being. After we pursue meaningful relationships, we tend to own better social well-being and after we lose our job or just hate it we tend to own lower workplace well-being. These examples start to reveal how broad well-being is and the way many alternative varieties of well-being there are, because well-being is such a broad experience including Emotional Wellbeing, Physical Well being, Social Wellbeing, Work place Well being and Well being in the Society.

We need to build each type of well being. It may be through natural methods like Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda and Panchakarma (Penta Biopurificatory methods for Detoxification and Rejuvenation), Music, Dance, Naturopathic methods, Herbs, Organic foods etc.. We try to cover almost all areas in the summit which are organizing and the experiences from our speakers will enrich us in our path forward.
